Paul Kinny: Current Executive Chef at the InterContinental Marine Drive, Paul began his culinary career at the Zodiac Grill, one of Mumbai’s finest restaurants. Since then, he has worked on a range of eateries, including Salt Water Café, Smoke House Grill, and delitalia.
Nachiket Shetye: A graduate of Culinary Institute of America, Nachiket has worked in some of the most internationally renowned kitchens, including Nobu and Per Se in New York. He is the head chef and owner of East.
Ajinkya Saundankar: Ajinkya Saundankar is a graduate from the culinary Institute of America, and the pastry chef at Indigo and Indigo Deli. Ask him about his sinfully delicious whisky paté.
