This one is probably for Chef Nachiket and i loveee his food. Can u give me a slightly edgy Pan-asain dish which i can cook at home for my fmly? Anything with chicken or prawns is fine. The biggest challenge is finding the right ingredients and making the perfect sauce.

P.S. I'm all for exotic ingredients.

What do you guys think about the show? How about Gordon Ramsay and Kitchen Nightmares/Hell's Kitchen?

Why is there no Mexican food in Bombay? Or where do I get some?

What is the most overrated restaurant in Bombay? Underrated?
